Pay Scale : Different for each group (approximately from 20200 to 40000)
Eligibility
Age :
1) Assistant Section Officer: 20-30 years
2) Assistant (Intelligence Bureau): 21-27 years
3) Assistant Enforcement Officer: Upto 30 years
4) Sub-Inspector (CBI): 20-30 years
5) Statistical Investigator GR-II: upto 32 years
6) Sub-Inspector (NIA): upto 30 years
7) Assistant Audit Officer: Not exceeding 30 years
8) Sub-Inspector (Narcotics): 18 to 25 yearsAge relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

5) Statistical Investigator GR-II: upto 32 years

Education Qualification : As CGLE is exam for various posts. So, the education qualification is different for different posts. as given below.
1.)Assistant Audit Officer
a)Essential Qualification ► Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute.
b)Desirable Qualification ► Charted Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administrations or master in economics.
b)Desirable Qualification ► Charted Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administrations or master in economics.
2.) Statistical Investigator Grade – II ► Bachelor’s degree in any subject with minimum 60% in Mathematics at 12th level.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one subject at degree level.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one subject at degree level.
3.) Compiler ► Bachelor’s Degree with economics or Statistics or Math as a Subject.
4.) All Other Posts ► Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Selection Procedure :The Examination will be conducted in three tiers as indicated below:

Tier -I — Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -II — Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -III — Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)/
